Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know before flying with us at Arlanda Helicopter.

What happens if you cancel the flight?+

If we have to cancel the flight — for example due to bad weather — you are not charged. We either refund the full amount or rebook the flight for another day.

Yes, we serve both corporate and private customers.

Is there an age limit for flying by helicopter?+

No, there is no age limit for flying with us.

Is it OK to take photos during the flight?+

Absolutely! You are welcome to photograph and film during the flight — we encourage it. Please note that photographing protected sites, such as certain airports and military installations, is prohibited. Always follow the pilot's instructions during the flight. If you plan to publish aerial images in certain contexts, they may be subject to dissemination rules. In Sweden, images taken from aircraft may need to be reviewed by Lantmäteriet before being distributed. It is the publisher's responsibility to comply with applicable rules.

Do you fly in the dark?+

Yes, our pilots and helicopters are approved for night flying. However, we do not offer passenger transport with single-engine helicopters in the dark. Night flights are instead carried out for certain specialised aerial operations (SPO) and positioning flights, when the mission and conditions allow.

Can you fly in the rain?+
